• India Cements shares rallied after the Competition Commission of India (CCI) approved a deal worth over ₹7,000 crore. On December 20, the CCI cleared the acquisition of a majority stake in India Cements by UltraTech Cement, led by billionaire Kumar Mangalam Birla.
